I have opined previously on this subject - but feel the need to do so again -

The hallmark of anyone who is about to construct a post that at least partially, if not completely ignores or misunderstands the point made previously - is the commencement of the post with the word 'So'.

As in - 'So you think .... (contradcitng what you do think ....) do you?

Try it - spot the posts started thus and read through them, and the psts to which they respond, and see if you can find any link between the two - it is more often than not absent.

I think ABers should be allowed to construct their threads in any way they deem necessary, what is more important however is that ABers should stick to the subject under discussion rather than branching off at tangents, as they have apparently done in this case.

However if I may be allowed to make a further comment, I think that this paragraph of yours, deserves a AB Medal simply because it is the best piece of 'Gobbledygook' to date.

So you think you can post questions in the news section that aren't questions, or anything to do with the news do you? hmmmmmmm...
questions in news are only supposed to be posted by those who are anal, old or gits, or all three
bit frazzed but what's new about that. For some odd reason keep finding wasps outside the front door, 6 in the last couple of days, one actually got in the house, how dare it. Am beginning to wonder if there is a plague or a wasps nest nearby.
bibblebub that's me told.
So have you been stung, em?
i don't have a hallmark either so
not yet but i am wondering if there is a nest somewhere. Didn't think they were around much this time of the year, this is outside the door, and not near any greenery.
So I don't have a Hallmark but do have Bolton printed right through me.
We had a wasps nest in the roof. Can you see where they appear to be coming from?
// For some odd reason keep finding wasps outside the front door //

Be firm em. Just tell them whatever it is you're not interested.
bibblebub

And what particular category do you go under bibblebub? I suspect the foremost.
Bet they're Jehovah's Witnesses, Ludwig. ;o)
perhaps they will be carrying copies of the wasptower...
More likely to be selling something dodgy Naomi. We get alot of wasps round our way wanting to tarmac the drive. The inferior mixture crumbles within days. Alot of people have been stung.

I have to agree with AOG regarding your sentence that begins 'The hallmark'.

If you read that sentence out loud, you'll realise how much it sounds like a quote from Sir Humphrey ('Yes Minister').
Haaaa! Very good! :o)
That last was to em - but I'll extend it to Ludwig and SP too. :o)
So, what do we do next now that we have this cup of tea. No sugar thanks. Any cakes about? I like chocolate ones.
So very odd! I was just thinking 'Bakewell Tart'. 'Ere Starbuck, you're not psychic are you?
