More alarmingly, BNP were third.

Is the UKIP place a result of a knee jerk reaction to the recent foster parents case there or a broader wake up call for Dodgy Dave and his poodle?

France, Spain, Greece, Italy, Britain, all doing badly, Germany not so much, wonder why.
I am always being asked to provide answers, so may I now ask one?

To all those who are happy to share our once great country with hordes of economic refugees that are bleeding our country dry, I ask you this.

Class our country as the home you now live in, the home that you have scrimped and saved most of your adult life so as to buy, along with all the land within your boundaries.

Would you be happy to see others move in, while you and your family give them shelter, feed them, and provide for all their needs?

Then when they steal from you and commit other crimes against you and your family, but you cannot throw them out because someone in Europe say you can't.

Would you then be happy about that, as you seem to be about similar things on a national level?

I've got a feeling, your acceptance of strangers would not be so accommodating then.
Lazy gun #I have heard plenty of households exclaiming "we are all tory here" modeller#
I believe that is your experience but I never had it said to me over a period of years. I've had people say " I'm Conservative " and are then prepared to say why.
This question of a referendom is always 'woolly' because it doesn't spell out how the question would be put. I think most people would prefer to be a part of Europe as a free trade area but that's not going to happen. They
( the other 26 members ) won't let us .
We are either in or out there is no other choice. Heath lied to us to get us in and two faced Blair sold us out. He gave away 7 billion and got nothing in return apart from a woolly promise that the CAP farce would be looked into but it wasn't and never will be as long France's inefficient rural economy is the main recipient.
To go back to chill's original question, looking at all three by-election results, and as far as you can generalise from any mid-term results, I think certainly yes.

Rotherham, Labour 9866, combined Tory/UKIP vote 5805
Croydon, Labour 15,898, combined Tory/UKIP vote 5537
Middlesborough, Labour 10,201, combined Tory/UKIP vote 3053

Were I Dave, being bothered about whether Nigel Farage is a king-maker wouldn't top my list of worries.

And I will answer it as you usually do...

...that's it.
