Amsterdam to create 'scum villages'

Amsterdam is to create "Scum villages" where nuisance neighbours and anti-social tenants will be exiled from the city and rehoused in caravans or containers with "minimal services" under constant police supervision. In an effort to protect the law-abiding, should Britain do something similar?

I think we already have them - they are known as sink estates

we already have them, have a look at some of our sink estates. And no we shouldn't deliberately shove so called undesirables under the mat, that is a police state type mentality, or worse still Nazism for the modern age.

I think the idea is to build them in *that* part of the country..... strictly at the invitation of the 'yimbys'...

I'll be interested to see if any of the above advocates of not separating the scum would be willing to live next door. Usual with people of that sort of view it is NIMBY.

I personally think it is a good idea. Why should good council house tenants (or housing assc. ) be penalized by these scum.

We need a good war to get rid of the cannon fodder, but until then ...

If we had a war and so had to introduce compulsory conscription, some of those 'Cannon Fodder' you so quickly dismiss, could be close relatives of yours.
