It's a very low level manslaughter, if provable. Defence counsel should get it slung and get the prosecution to take pleas to lesser offences. If a plea is offered to manslaughter, the sentence is about right even in England. We give allowances to juvenlies because we recognise that the juvenile mind is inconsequential and far from adult maturity; at that age we have all done things which have consequences, in fact or potentially, which we are incapable of seeing.

";at that age we have all done things which have consequences" what a pathetic and laughable cop out of an excuse I never with other people attacked and beat up anybody resulting in their death, nor do i know anybody else that has done that
