Anyone else think these pictures of this seemingly very happy family are a joy to behold especially at Christmas time?

New Judge

I generally agree with most of what you say judge, but I must add that I am a little unconformable in turning my thread on a happy family at Christmas time into a discussion on the World's overpopulation a little questionable.

But if we must discuss the problem of the overpopulation of the Globe (and I agree it is a problem), I don't think the very few in Britain who have large families, will add much to the problem.

Surely we should be looking further afield Africa for example, they have a much greater problem than us, yet we are constantly told that we must take measures to prevent nature's way of balancing the population.

I know a family like this where the parents run their own profitable business with employees.

Big families make up for the v.many career singles these days. My single daughter's class of 30 career women has only 2 children amid all of them.
