Is it me , but it seems that the person was very calm about retreiving the baby from the road ,as if it was just a piece of luggage .

What is it with Russia and car crashes? Do they have more than average or are there just more videos around because of the use of dash-cams?

Anyway - dont they have seat belts in cars in Russia ?

Someone I know told me that road safety in Russia sucks and everyone has dash-cams to record any evidence should it be needed, can anyone confirm this?

I believe that, as in the US, many Russian cars are fitted with on board cameras for insurance purposes. You can even get them in the UK!
