University students with 500 in the club, indoor fireworks went wrong.

There's also reports of a prison incident that has killed 60 and injured 120 - think it is the USA.....

It's awful and must have been absolutely terrifying for people trying to get out.

I always feel very uneasy when I hear of trampling being the cause of deaths, I get that for some human nature takes over in the panic to get out and I've obviously never been in that situation but I hate to think of people just getting trampled over.
