How can a white person speaking in a Jamaican accent be considered racist?

If this was the case, then maybe Trevor Macdonald and Chris Eubank could also be similarly accused?

The actor is speaking in a accent , not a colour.

Most people rightly or wrongly, associate Jamaicans as laid back happy people.

A Welsh, Aussie, Algerian or Hungarian accent would not work.
