Since those far off days when it was called "The Gay Disease" have not gays and bisexual men still not learned the lesson?

I do know a few gay guys and they have openly admitted that they rarely use condoms. No I dont think they have learned from it, I also think they have a lot more "open" relationships within this community, it is asking for trouble!
so theyre carrying on as normal with gay abandon it seems !
another reason could well be related to this -

men just don't like going to see the doctor.
I know that some of you will not like me stating the obvious but I know what aog means.
The Anus which is directly connected to the bowel & is designed to get rid of bodily waste should not in my opinion be used for any other reason. I shudder at the very thought of sticking my dangly bits into a tube that is crawling with all sorts of nasty microbes & viruses. I'm sorry to say this but the so called gay community are responsible for bringing the HIV disease on themselves.

whiskeryron, lol. apparently they usually give it a good swill out first, im not sure of the precise details though, I stopped him while he was divulging such info!

Not my cup of tea either but I certainly think "whatever floats your boat"
I have just gone right off my breakfast
In any public issue you'll eventually get to a base level that is very difficult to get significant drops below.

Smoking for example, or drink driving or recreational drug use or racist behaviour

You can never get to zero

"continuing risky sexual behaviour" doesn't seem to have been a scientific finding of the survey, just an interpretation of its results - a guess rather than a fact.
This is bad AIDS!

Saw a programme with Stephen Fry where in the gay community HIV can be seen as a badge of honour. Without being too graphic, steps are actively taken to increase their chances of contracting it.

/// what lesson is that then AOG, ///

How is it that everyone else understands apart you?

/// just so we all know what you mean? ///

A little advise, when you ask such a question, do not drag others into it, especially when everyone else understands.

Barmy idiots.

What I don't get, is so many men think this is utterly disgusting, yet see no wrong in asking a female to er... accommodate.
I agree with MadMen, I've been asked by many men if I would 'accommodate'.
maybe they mistook you for a seaside landlady, daffy?
daffy654, How many!!?
Lol, when I say many men I don't mean dozens, I mean the men I have had relationships with in the last 26 years (which is a very small number in fact :( ).
And all at the same time?!
7, and all of them asked if I would allow them to do it.
