All fortune teller machines take approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery.

You'd think they might be a little more precise, under the circumstances.
No! That's not the purpose. That's not the way its done. If you want the top job or want somebody else for the top job, you propose or push a 'no hoper 'as a stalking horse. That forces the leader to offer to rasign, which forces it out into the open, and they hope a leadership election.

according to yesterdays news report there are 16 in the running for the job, didn't know they had that many with any qualities to be PM
What qualities did you have in mind ?
The only viable alternative at the moment, IMHO, is Theresa May.
