Interesting to see that some are quite interested to discover on what side of the fence I am sitting over this.

Could it be that they are impatiently waiting for me to give my opinion, so that they can then twist and turn my answer, no matter which side I take.

So you claim not to be playing devils advocate. You claim that the issue is worthy of debate, hence your post - but you have not contributed anything substantive to the debate over whether these 2 kids should stay with their father in the UK or not - So, given you were sufficiently interested in the question to post it, given you think it is an issue open for debate - whats your opinion?
