Even the bail judge dropped hints that he may not be guilty of murder - long before any trial takes place.

1. He was in the same bedroom as his girl friend when he says he heard a
noise . OK ! So what's the first thing anyone would do ? Wouldn't he look
to see if she was there and then whisper to tell her not to make a sound.

2. Instead !. He said he fired shots at the toilet door and then shouted to Reeva to call the police. Why didn't he shout a warning at the supposed intruder first ,after all the intruder was trapped inside the toilet. Instead he went straight in and fired several shots . Why several shots ? That in itself is intent to kill.
3.His behaviour then is strange even if you are distraught. If someone is badly injured, you dont move them , the first thing you do is to call for help.
Instead he 'battled' to get her into the bedroom . He then called admin for them to call an ambulance. Then he called Netcare . He then carried her downstairs with the view of taking her to hospital .
Downstairs he tried to render assistance to Reeva but she died in his arms which is hardly surprising after being shot 4 times dragged into the bedroom and then carried downstairs.

why, are you worried he might not get off? besides which they are protesting at the high levels of sexual assaults, rapes and murders of women overall, if it happens here don't British women do the same, petition the government.

The whole scenario is very suspect. It didnt take seconds for him to hear the noise go to the bathroom go back put his legs on return to the bathroom and shoot through the cubical door all in silence. Hmm. but having said that I dont think he is a flight risk, and while he should not be given preferential treatment because he is famous he also shouldnt be predjudiced either. I would also add that he would probably be in more serious trouble if he had killed a black intruder as there would have been a clear intention to kill for what ever reason.

Why would it be easier for a white man in SA to get justice? South Africa`s not white-run anymore. If anything, I would be more suprised that he got bail because he is white. Or maybe SA justice is becoming more like the rest of Africa (corrupt).

Why would he go back to put on his legs, if he managed to get to the bathroom without them?

i don't think it will be easier for Oscar Pistorius, he may have got bail because they can't see him fleeing the country, considering his high level status,
