Theresa May, the Home Secretary, is appealing against a decision to allow Qatada to stay in the UK and the case is due to be heard on March 11.

Three Court of Appeal judges will hear the challenge, which follows a ruling by the Special Immigration Appeals Commission that Qatada should not be deported to Jordan, where he was convicted of terror charges in his absence in 1999.

Let's hope he goes. Judges like nothing better than the opportunity to thwart the wishes of a cabinet minister though, so I wouldn't hold your breath.

Best wait until March 11th, then we can have a real go, be interesting to read the responses from some if it is ruled that he has to go.

This another chance where Dave could say he's going and that's it. But that requires real leadership ,which is lacking in Dave.
