Not sure, Giveup, because its not really my area. However, a quick look at the CPS sentencing guidelines makes me think it will be 4-7 months. Probably slightly more for him since he committed the original offence. Unless anyone can find a case on point!

I'm hoping he gets 3 years (probably out in 1)
and she gets 6months, out in 3.

The deserve the longest sentence imo that the law can give them.

On a different note, who is paying the legal people?
I hope it's them and not the tax-payer.

She should get a longer sentence....because he pleaded guilty as isn't that supposed to reduce your sentence.
