When we look round our mainly 'self centred' world of today, it's hard to imagine those people who were prepared to risk their own lives so as to save others.

Although it is almost 2 years since she died, R.I.P

our isn't a totally self centred world, much is done in aid of charities, largely supported by the great British public, think NSPCC, RSPCA, National Trust, Comic Relief, any number of major marathons, most run for charities, so all isn't lost..

like this equally remarkable woman, finally has a memorial to her bravery.
