If it has been bestowed rather than inherited yes..
I'm not sure that using a mobile phone while driving or saying stupid things are grounds for recinding a peerage.

If the latter were the case it would be one way to empty the House of Lords!

LOL, I still can't get used to being called Sir when on the rugby pitch, it just sounds odd especially after military service because whenever anyone was incorrectly addressed thus in HM Forces the standard response from the recipient was "Don't call me Sir, I work for a living"!
What do you do on the rugby pitch to be called sir ?

As it's at our place and with no pressure on us, combined with 70,000 mad Taff's I'm sure there'll be a VERY warm welcome!
I genuinely believe we can do it, and by the 8 point required margin too.
19-9 to Wales.
I don't think his remarks about a 'Jewish Conspiracy', as undesirable as they may be, would stand up as inciting racial hatred.

It is very Mel Gibson-esque though jtp and all the more sinister that it be done so to a Pakistani audience.
Yes, I don't think he should retain his peerage, but then, as Jake has pointed out there are plenty before him who keep theirs so it is not lilely to happen.
You really think theyd take away a token peerage.

It was only given to him to please the "not enough ethnics" brigade
