Without sounding presumptuous I'd hazard a guess it involves one or a combination of the factors I mentioned earlier!

He's somehow ramped it, almost cleared the parked vehicle and embedded the car into a house. That would suggest warp factor, not mph!

never forgotten seeing a bloke in Bentley find reverse gear while doing a safe and legal 60 mph. This was around 25 years ago.
He was on the other side of the road coming towards me when the car flew into the air, spun around till it was broadside on to me (braking hard and praying I was....) then went backwards up the sloping grass verge on my side of the road and stopped. Both car and driver were unhurt, the driver was quite shocked. He kept saying "I put it in reverse....it shouldn't do that"
If anyone had seen a picture of the car and tyre marks afterwards, they would have asked how the prat in the car had managed to do it.......
