// Court of appeal rejects home secretary's attempt to overturn decision to block radical cleric's deportation
The home secretary, Theresa May, has lost her latest legal attempt to deport the radical Islamist cleric Abu Qatada back to Jordan.
The court of appeal rejected her attempt to overturn a ruling by the British special immigrations appeals commission (Siac) blocking Qatada's return to Jordan to stand trial on the grounds that he faced a real risk of evidence obtained by torture being used against him.
The home secretary's appeal was rejected unanimously by three appeal court judges including the master of the rolls, Lord Dyson. //
And still this piece of garbage who is a threat to the country is laughing at us all the way to the bank with the tens of thousands of pounds he leeches of us in benefits every year.
It's regrettable that some of the extremists at the fringes of our society don't respect the British judicial system or the judgements of our most senior Law Lords.
On a serious note, there is going to be a time when Qatada is going to declare he is being persecuted by the British Govt and will, hopefully, move somewhere else - but who would have him (apart from Jordan)
Is there anyone in the British Judicial system who is on our side? It is just supposition that Jordan wll put the scummy B*stard on the rack. Which country wouldn't (apart from Afghanistan).
If we have evidence against him that we can't use in open court then when the Justice and security bill becomes law he can be tried behind closed doors here.
I suspect that's the case because everybody keeps saying how dangerous he is and the evidence against him that we know about seems to rely on some pretty shady characters saying ' he encouraged me to do it' after they'd enjoyed the hospitality of the Jordainian Police.
(Frankly I'd imagine they's say Margaret Thatcher was the ringleader if they thought that'd get them off)
The last thing we want to do is kick him out of the country as a free man where he can just vanish
Little England we may be zeul, and I like it that way. We don't want or need trash like Abu Q staying here. Once upon a time we could kick out all undesirables without kowtowing to anyone. No-one wants him here except maybe his hangers on who also need to be kicked out. I don't give a flying **** about who may torture him. It's torture having rubbish like him here. How much is he worth in 5 bedroomed houses and Benefits supplied by me and all the hardworking people struggling to make a living here, while spewinghis hatred for the West.

Whe 'we' gran?
You?
Or the laws of Britain and Law Lords of Britain and 1000 years of rights, statutes and structures that we all live within - they are the authorities making these decisions gran
If you are not on their side, whose side are You on?
