AOG, many places i worked in was male dominated, take my word for it, men made the running, controlled the business, Personnel, HR largely didn't exist, so no one to complain to, and even if you did complain to a manager you were looked on as the problem.
young men who suffered because of women being overtly sexual, for example in a factory. suggest that would be the exception to the rule
things have changed thank goodness, now at least if someone makes an inappropriate remark or action it can be taken seriously, not then.
