Bunch of immature stirrers. There website says they want:
''the right to take over city streets, dress ridiculously, and parade with danger and contempt, invade hotels and B&Bs run and owned by people who object to homosexuality, and then sue them when refusal is given”.
I assumed this was a bunch of students with a satirical sense of humour, taking the mickey out of people who object to gay pride marches. Evidently not. Ah well, since when have homosexuals had more rights than the rest of us?
This could be tricky as a 'straight pride' march could be seen as a criticism of 'gayness' at least by 'gay pride' enthusiasts. Only one step away from racism whereas of course a 'gay pride 'march is nothing of the sort ....is it?
I feel no pride about being straight but I'm glad I am. I'm glad I haven't had to live in a world where I've had to make it publicly known that I'm not ashamed of who I am.
