As far as I know, they do not - Claudine and Polly are both songs about real life stories, with little in them that promotes either murder or rape. Mack the Knife - wasn't that from an Opera originally? - but I do not know specifically what it is about. Marley I will grant you, inasmuch as I think his original intention was to talk about shooting the police, which he saw as some sort of justice, but being honest have not thought a great deal about the lyrics to that particular song.
And I will freely admit to not having heard the body of work by Mr Fountain here, but the clip I did hear certainly seems to revel in the idea of committing rape.
I would broadly agree with you that generations view subsequent generations music with some suspicion, but this really does seem pretty extreme. That having been said, not sure I would call for a ban - indeed, I think as many women as possible should hear what Mr. Fountain thinks of them
