several examples in the link but:
//Also included in the BHA's list of "high concern" schools is Hallsville primary school in Newham, east London, which it criticises for using the phrase: "There should be no direct promotion of sexual orientation."//
So are saying that the school should be promoting it then?

The quote from TTT above seems to go further...
"Hallsville's sex education policy makes it clear that there should be no direct promotion of sexual orientation. This is in line with DfE guidance that school policies must not discriminate unfairly on grounds of sexual orientation or promote any sexual orientation."
So they would appear compliant.......?

Fair enough. And thank you. But, I did not say whether I agreed with it or no. Although I am homosexual, I was against lowering the age limit down to 16, as I could see opportunity for predators to strike on a less mature 16 year old and blame it on the victim. But, surely, in higher schools while there is a programme of sex education there, it cannot be wrong replying to pupils who ask questions about sexual orientation, and if the subject is broached, also fetishness, or be seen as promoting homosexuality or fetishness?! Or should we as a nation make it illegal for kids to even ask about such things!!
