Now is the time to name his accuser - if one ever existed.

What is the acceptable term for a man who punches his wife in the face hard enough to blacken her eye...on more than one occasion?
Was your post removed sp?
The only 2 I've noticed that were removed were by a poster whose username started with a K that escapes me and sir.prize's riposte.

Apparently Jim's solicitor says he has nothing to say.

He's probably preparing an appropriate response to the Met as we speak.

Thanks for that. I thought it was my post that was removed.

I genuinely think I must be going through some kind of weird male menopause which is crippling my ability to see things right in front of me.

Well, well, well sp1814 - that is almost the same as I said in the first sentence of my post at 23:06 Wednesday. Check out Andropause via Google.

Meanwhile will you be withdrawing via apology for your protestations aimed at the Ab Editor?

You can do that privately if you wish via the Contact Us button at the foot of this page.
I saw what Kramer said to SP. Lol, he was very cheeky.
I missed SP's reply. Kicking myself.

Nah, it's okay. Me and the Editor are chums.

Still not fussed about what happens to a wife-beater though.
sir.prize, Mr Brandman, Jim Davidson's solicitor, will not be preparing any reply to the Met or anyone. He's got the result. And Jim Davidson himself has spoken eloquently to Sky News, saying he has no complaints whatsoever about the police, the police have a job to do, it all takes time to investigate such accusations thoroughly etc

Only a cynic could see the hand of Henri Brandman in that statement or think that he had suggested that his client make it !
and think, Sir Fred, that whilst dispensing this balming advice
henri Brandman is getting Jim Davidson to pay as well !
Peter, knowing the man as I do (and I do), I would not be in the least surprised that the reason Sky News got this exclusive interview is that they alone among national broadcasters have got money and Henri Brandman had a hand in demanding and negotiating his client a suitable fee for giving it ! In fact, I'd bet on it. You don't have a whole career in show business representation without knowing the ins and outs.

Thank you Ummmm. My abuser has been 'flagged' so if he offends again or someone reports him for previous abuse, his details will come up. As much as I would like him to serve time, I hope I was the only one 'he chose'.

As I said in my first post, it must be horrific to be accused of a sexual crime (or any crime for that matter) that you are not guilty of. Equally horrific to see the person that abused you from the age of 9 to 12 years walk free due to lack of evidence, because I was terrified of reporting it at the time.
