What is this BBC trust fund,that can not be changed until January 2017,that can overpay departing staff by three million pounds, at this rate the tv licence will have to rise by a large amount to cover these payments,and all we get in return is Bruce Forsyth cracking jokes,that only he himself finds funny...

Michael Grade on Newsnight said on a few occasions that the Blatantly Biased Corp has lost all perspective regarding money, because it just sits there and every year a cheque just turns up.
