/// It is feared that if the legal cases are successful, they could leave the way open for a flood of similar claims from other prisoners. There are 11,248 Muslims in prisons in England and Wales, accounting for 13.1 per cent of the jail population. ///

What is it in my post from 13:07 that you disagree with?

I couldn't find the time or be bothered to read such a rambling lengthy tirade. Knowing your style it would just be a put down of another user. So out of bounds.

PS: Don't be patronising - you make yourself appear more stupid.
sir.prize

Odd that you take the time to read them and respond then.

Really strange.

I tend to ignore posts that I have no interest in.

So - what's your opinion about prisoners being able to sue...which is the point of this thread.

Or even 13:38.
Then why are you monitoring this thread if you have no interest in it?

Are you bored?
sp1814: It was YOU who said

///I tend to ignore posts that I have no interest in.////

Not me.

You have a knack of reading a post - misunderstanding it and then making a complete dope of yourself with an irrelevant nonsensical comment.

PS: Don't bother to respond.
sir.prize

Ah - I see what you mean. However, I would suggest that you're wrong about me misunderstanding posts.

In fact - I know for a fact that you're wrong.
Oh, and you can prove what a man you are by not responding to this thread any more, because you're showing yourself up.
Really? I cannot say I am really interested in your thoughts, opinions, beliefs etc.

I can say I find you annoying.

Showing myself up? So what!
sir.prize

Why on earth are you responding then?

If you find me annoying, just leave the thread!

But before you do, where did you pull the quite from ("I ignore posts that I have no interest in").

I can't find it.

Don't mind if you don't answer this - really. I know how annoying you find me, so I will totally understand if I don't hear from you.

The choice is yours...

To get back to the original question,no they should not be allowed to sue, what ever their colour, race, religion or grievance but I'm of the old school who believe that these criminals are sent to jail to be punished. If it was up to me they'd be working 12 hours and locked up for twelve, with no privileges at all.
Okay - but what's your point?
sir.prize

Sorry to bug you on this, but I find this quite interesting...

I think what your is saying is that you pay attention to threads you have no in.

Is that right?
So the Muslim prisoners are moaning about their food. They moan if they get some, no doubt they would moan if they had none.

What is the matter with them? It's their fault they are 'inside'.

Considering that Muslims only represent 4.8% of the total UK population, how come they account for 13.1% of the jail population in England and Wales?
Anybody that says prisoners should be allowed to sue has not been a victim of crime
Sir.Prize,
I can't be arsed looking up the real figures, but you are obviously comparing the whole of the UK with just England and Wales. By the time you have subtracted Scotland and Northern Ireland prisoners from the UK total, I'm guessing that the most of the difference you highlight will disappear.
yes & no,if a non Muslim is in jail in a muslim country do they get the s ame rights to have non Muslim food, etc
TTG,

I have.
