AOG, which non-EU countries do you have in mind? This is an agreement within the EU for sharing intelligence on organised crime and for policing within its borders, so is does not extend beyond it, as you appreciate.
Now, we have, through Interpol and other arrangements, sharing with other countries' forces already. That's why I ask which countries you have in mind which have organised crime with a cross-border element. I can't think of any which may need foreign officers to come here to help on scene with intelligence ( which is not to say there aren't and it that doesn't happen), though we do know that British officers go abroad to help foreign forces with intelligence and crime-solving.
