I know it was a joke but Saudi Arabia is one of the most dangerous places in the world to drive. They have half the population of the UK, but they have 7000 deaths annually compared with 2000 for the UK.
Not sure why anyone would wish to drive there.

Backward. We gave women the right to vote in the about 1928 (in 1918 they had limited rights). The Saudis gave them a right to vote about 2 years ago. We are definitely superior. However, the right to drive will come. The current king was born in 1924, but even he sees the sense in giving women equality in some areas, hence the voting right. The problem for him is that his people are brought up under the Wahabi version of Sunni Islam, and that is peculiarly restrictive about women.
