The MD of OVO Energy is doing a great job of stitiching up his competitors!
He has said that he cannot fathom their reasoning for hiking prices.
I hope the Select Committee press those points a bit further.

None of the Select Committe have gone for the jugular yet but there's a canny Scot on the panel who has started digging a bit deeper....

Hope it hots up! (No pun intended)
You can guarantee nothing will change, had these meetings before,an absolute waste of time and money.
It's refreshing to see someone who isn't toeing the party line, But I take it with a pinch of salt as I was with OVO last year but they hiked their prices and I found a better fixed deal. I'd like to ask him why OVO aren't the cheapest deal available
Yep, don't hold your breath.

Without a major change to the structure nothing really can happen. And I don't see that occurring in the near future.

It bubbled a bit but never really got to boiling point.

One does wish at times they'd have someone a bit more abrasive on these panels, like maybe the Rt. Hon. Dennis Skinner MP.

The MD of OVO is getting a lot of praise from independent sources at the moment on Sky News.
I may have a look at their tariffs, could be worth a punt.
An interesting point was raised by some professor on Radio 5, an expert on fuel and domestic energy supplies. He said that the basic price of supplies had risen steadily in recent times, but nowhere near the increase that the suppliers had made in their charges to the public for the same period. I trust that the Committee made this point too.
