Do abers think that shoesmith should get this huge payout in the case of baby p. for her neglect in not spotting what was happening in this very, very sad case?
because the matter was mishandled she will get this payout - she shouldn't but that is the employment law, if he had waited then she could have gone with little or no payout, as it is Haringay have no choice, and the taxpayer once again shells out. How a doctor missed the fact the boy had a broken back is quite beyond me, how can such miserable failure be happening in this day and age.
