claims he was tortured in Somalia, says that British security were complicit, if so why run, wouldn't it be better to stand your ground and bring a case if true.

This raises a few questions in my mind. If he’s Somali, since he wouldn’t have been a British passport holder, I assume he entered this country as an asylum seeker. If that’s so, his presence in Somalia would have presented a threat, so why did he return, and why, when he did, did he put himself in a position to be arrested and tortured? I smell a rat!

from the link, if its anonymous, how can one make a claim,
Mohamed and another, referred to as CF, accuse the British authorities of consenting to their arrest by Somaliland authorities in January 2011 and then allowing their detention and torture.
Mohamed launched his damages claim under a cloak of anonymity and was referred to in court papers as "MA" but anonymity was lifted following his disappearance.
This raises a few questions in my mind.
