Everything will revert to the way is was, what a waste of time. Ok so Bin Laden was the target and he was eliminate, the Taliban are still ever present now there are talks of re-introducing stoning for adultery.. I find it sickening.

I do not want another drop of Brit blood on Afghan soil. Our troops are NOT to die for others morals.
"so Bin Laden was the target "

he was the excuse....and he was found in Pakistan which is where most people were always hinting he'd gone, because for obvious reasons staying in Afghanistan was to risky.

Now how comes the septics didnt know that and carried on in afghanistan !?

they must have had an idea he was in Pakistan they could have saved themselves billions of US$ and US servicepeoples lives, but no, they carried on bombing etc in Afghanistan, but perhaps it was all a ruse to lull bin liner into a false sense of security by making him think the septics thought he was still in Afghanistan.....costly ruse...do the care ?....probably not
Blame OBL for the lives lost while he bank-rolled Afghans & Pakistan to shelter him coz he couldnt return to his homeland in Saudi. Do you think the Saudis (our allies) have financed this conflict; I think so.
