After 15 months, the CPS seems to have finally got of its ar*e and seem to be doing something at last. Not sure what has taken them so long though.
I remember this Plod being phoned by someone from the BBC whilst the Today program was on air. Its seems that the Police are so stupid, they can't even lie convincingly !

Fortunately for him, no prosecution of Mitchell followed. Mitchell lost his job for nothing. If any crimal investigation had taken place he might be facing a charge of perverting the course of justice rather than just misconduct.

I agree Gromit. Whatever the outcome of this present trial will be, there can be only one loser here and that is Mitchell. Well, British justice as well of course.
