Where Will The Eu Draw These Troops From?

I asked a similar question earlier this month, but still cannot find an answer, even in any newspaper report, and yet once again the EU is reported as pledging to send up to a 1,000 troops to help back 1,600 French soldiers and the African Union's MISCA force.

I hope there's a UK contingent. Peacekeeping and preventing widespread slaughter must surely be a good thing.

Personally I hope we stay out of it. UK soldiers should not set foot in another country again, unless part of NATO or we are at war.

What are your thoughts about British territories such as the Falklands, Northern Ireland etc or in training situations in Canada or as they once did in countries such as Belize?
