If there is no evidence then they should not be named and should be released.

Yes, I sleep easily in my bed at night. If he is a terror suspect, gather sufficient evidence to convict him, and along the way hoover up a few more deluded fools too. And then deport them or lock them up.

Or find new evidence with which to renew the T-PIM.

Or monitor them and perform a "hard stop" after they have purchased some guns. If you have a manpower shortage, get recruiting!

No need for curfews or tagging if we put him infront of a jury and they send him to jail.

Locking him up for months or years does not make us safer if he is actually innocent.

We need to find out as quickly as possible so we can either deal with him, or he can get on with his life.

Fortunately, in this country, we need proof before we lock people up. If there is no proof they are free. It's a good system which we have had for 150 years. Locking peopl up without trial is for North Korea not England.
