How many white persons are prevented from reaching the 'highs' can they blame their skin colour?

I should have been the Scotland goalkeeper for 10 years but I'm green ?

Nessie :-(
LOL Nessie. Sue them!
Do you not have to be a half decent footballer to captain England then?
No douglas, you just have to implement "positive discrimination" full force, then you do not have to have any talent for the job you "want". Witnessed it for 20 years - as I have said before this is the most blatant form of racism.
It makes me cringe when I hear that more women are to be employed in certain sectors - basically everywhere.

Gender should not play a role unless it is crucial to the actual job.

Seems reasonable to me.
He was a great defender but a fragile mental case! Remember, he walked out at half time because he made a howling mistake against West Ham. Society of Black Lawyers will now probably be all over this! Absolute nonsense!
What a load of b0ll0cks!

'Judas' Campbell always did have a whole bag of chips on his shoulder
I think Sol overestimates his own ability. Blaming racism for him not being captain is silly, given the other players around at the time who were far more capable and better suited to the role, regardless of their skin colour.

I think this is a case of egoism getting in the way of reason :)
