Work-Shy 3 Hour Queue
or is this just more proof that the so-called lazy work-shy want to actually work when they queue for hours for a minimum wage job ?

They are labelled work shy by ex public school boys who haven't a clue what the real world is like out there.

Svejk, haaaa! Very good. :o)
Dr.Filth, all part of the shift. He's still home for lunchtime.
The point is life has moved on - people are better off than they were in Victorian times. We have the free medical care, free education, a benefits system, etc, etc., and unless your aim is for everyone to be given everything on a plate for no effort, I really don't know what you're moaning about. Perhaps you can explain it. What do you want?

no naomi he was not home for lunchtime but you seem to know best how these train drivers work so i am just wasting my time

i have not said people should get everything on a plate for no effort that is just your twisted view on things

does the article in the header not show that people are trying hard to get work

I assume train drivers work shifts of set hours, with a bit of overtime thrown in as and when - for which they're paid extra - but if that's wrong tell me why it's wrong.
As for the people in the queue, as has been said, you're making assumptions. You don't know their circumstances.
I'm not twisting anything. I'm asking you a straight question. What do you want? What would make you content with life?

naomi twisting things again have another read
// i have told you in the past what i wanted as for content with life i have things that need doing so unlike you i can't stay on here all day and it is not just the cost of connection //
notice how i said i have told you in the past what i wanted i did not say what would make me content
and posting on here has made me miss the bus and it is another hour for the next one
so if you wait for another answer make some sarnies and do a flask as you might go hungry

how many trains are delayed, missed out altogether, much to the annoyance of passengers because of late arrival of said train driver, and i would think that due to safety regulations, train drivers are on set amount of working hours,
i also think that much of the media is to blame for this feckless, lazy bloody British labelling, not to mention how about the non British who live here, who may be on the dole, not a lot has changed because i remember well the problems of getting full time employment, recessions bite, and people are the fall out
