He is an odd cove, that's for sure. The only reason the NK manages to keep going is because of financial support and food aid from China.Several reports recently have detailed just how grim it is in parts of NK.
It does seem a regime on the verge of collapse - but I have been thinking that about the regime since his dad was in charge, and it just seems to keep chuntering on, every so often "testing" missiles to win concessions from the US etc.
