Another Baby Dead.

2 year old girl found dead at her home in kelty ( Scotland ) police treating the death as suspicious, its like a weekly occurrence,

I think all sudden deaths are treated as suspicious until a cause has been established.

Could be natural or accidental, but I think the media do like to stir the public up when it's a child. Especially when the mother is so young.

No matter how the child died, it's still tragic. Poor family.

Does anyone have an update about that little boy that was found on fire, from petrol burns ? Has there been any info about how he could have caught fire ?

Mamyalynne...thanks. News items like this always upset me. We can only imagine the pain he must be going through right now. But I'm still curious how such a young lad came to be doused in petrol.

Another news item that seems to have gone quite lately is the one where the mother reported her son missing and then he was found buried in some land near her mothers house. I think the mother was Asian and it was up north somewhere, but I have forgotten the exact details. I can't remember any updates on this for ages.

It is so very sad to read of these young lives either blighted or lost forever - and as you say updates taper off, hard to not dwell on them as we can do nothing - but we are human and it hurts.

Butterbun...I recall that, but it must have been ages ago now, before Xmas perhaps. Just wanted to know if the trial had started and why she did it.

no trial as yet mike, I posted a similar item on april 13th re a 2 year old who died in blackpool, as far as I know a man is in custody,

cot deaths - unexplained baby deaths run at around 300 p.a.
which is just under one a day.

It's tragic, anyway. My neighbour's 2 year old died from choking just over a year ago. Heartbreaking.

26year old male arrested and charged with murder.............the wee 7year old who was burned by petrol has died. RIP :)
