We shouldn't confuse the Co-op Bank with the Co-op Movement. The bank is a disaster and if you were Miliband you'd have to do something.

Both are a disaster, scooping. The Bank lost a fortune with a disastrous take over of Britannia. The Coop Group had to write off a huge amount after a disastrous take over of the Somerfield chain. The bank was successful when it was left to run its own affairs but things went downhill when the Coop group took more control and put people like Paul Flowers on the board
