I personally disagree with this trial by media and apologise ya boo hysteria everytime someone says something that isn't off the approved list so fair play Alex. I do wonder though where that leaves a potentially "independent" Scotland heading.

That Alex Salmond is a leader who isn't quite ready for the International stage seems to me to be low on the list of reasons to vote "no". If anything, the condemnation he's getting from Westminster and others might just provide a small but significant boost to the "Yes" campaign...

they don't even know how they're going to run their railway.

what chance learning about the direction of really important stuff?
Pride will not fill 'eckovitch's coffers.
siding with Putin, gosh
You seem very confrontational just lately emmie, is it your Gladiatorial image you are trying to portray?

why would anyone side with Putin,
Emmie I was gonna say - ignore him, there were nt any leddy gladiators

but there were ! oops ! gladiatrix or more than one (gosh!) gladiatrices
see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gladiatrix
The tombstone illustrated there has an inscription in Greek which would be par for the course at that time in that part of the Empire

so I adjust that to_ - - - Emmie - ignore him

Alex Salmond championing a belligerent head of state who is trying to partition and absorb a little neighbour. Sign of the times I say
i fancied Russell Crowe, nothing more than that, sad to say
i did read about them - this is quite interesting

The comments are pretty inocuous. He's not 'siding with' or 'championing' Putin.

I think you are correct here jim, and it's similar the effect we're seeing with Farage and UKIP. People sense an almost orchestrated campaign of scaremongering against both UKIP and the Scottish 'Yes' campaign, and you see a backlash against it because people don't like being patronised and manipulated.
