Much has been said and white nations constantly accused for their past slavery involvement, so why are the African nations not now condemning their own for such evil deeds taking place in this the 21st century?
And since this crime has taken place all in the name of Islam, why are our Islamic leaders so quiet over this?

Right excellent question again
why are they silent when they should be shouting - convert to Christianity, it is a much better life, again ?
The answer may indeed lie in the position of the Mosque in Islamic society and that the standard christian hierarchy isnt really mirrored in Islam.
Winnie ( not a muslim, and I am not sure if she is Christian )
has though and I am sure you will be thankful over that one.

I don't think it's as simple as that.
From The Guardian:

Nigeria's armed forces face an uphill battle against the insurgents, who operate in small, mobile units and are drawn from communities that spill across the country's porous desert borders.
Near daily aerial bombardments have been halted as ground troops have poured into the forest in search of the girls.
We are trying, but our efforts are being countered in a way that it is very clear they are being tipped off about our movements. Any time we make a plan to rescue [the girls] we have been ambushed, said an artillery soldier among a rescue team announced by presidential decree over the weekend.
In one clash, he said, 15 soldiers were killed by the insurgents.
"We know where these girls are being held in the forest, but every day we go in and come out disappointed. Definitely somebody high up in the chain of command is leaking up information to these people," said the soldier, whom the Guardian was able to reach three times during shift breaks. Nigeria's president, Goodluck Jonathan, said in 2012 that Boko Haram had secret backers among government and security officials.
Another soldier deployed to Borno state said: "In my 13 years of service, I have never been in terrain this big and tough. There is desert and there is forest – you cannot imagine how difficult both of them are."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My thoughts are with the families of these girls in what must be a waking nightmare.

Also, you asked whhy the African nations are not 'condemning their own for such evil deeds taking place in the 21st century'.
I assume you must've missed this statement from the Afrian Union:
The Chairperson of the Commission of the African Union #AU , Dr Dlamini Zuma, in a statement released in Addis Ababa on Monday has expressed support for President Goodluck Jonathan’s effort to rescue the over 200 Secondary School girls kidnapped by yet to be identified persons.
"The Chairperson of the Commission reiterates AU's full support to the efforts being deployed by the Government of Nigeria to prevent and combat terrorism.’’
She calls for enhanced inter-African cooperation, within the framework of the relevant AU and international instruments, in order to more effectively address this scourge.
Furthermore, the Chairperson of the Commission expresses distress at the fact that over 200 school girls, abducted on April 14, 2014 in the northern Nigerian state of #Borno, have not yet been released.’
She reiterated AU’s solidarity with the anguished families and expressed support to the efforts being made to rescue the abducted girls and bring to justice the perpetrators of this abhorrent act.

aog is confusing what Boko Haram are threatening to do, and the Slave Trade.
The Slave Trade does and has existed for a long time and historically Britain played a major role in its spread, and then in its reduction.
Boko Haram are not slave traders, they are terrorists.
Whether they really intend to 'sell' these girls is doubtful, but announcing they will has certainly succeeded in gaining them the world's attention.
