Welcome To Wednesday
I rarely venture down to this part of the site as it is much too scary and serious.
But I thought that I would post this news story ~ just out of pure devilment. (Is devilment a real word?).

Chief executive Aidan Kehoe said it appeared the World Health Organisation (WHO) surgical safety checklist “had not been followed” when the operation happened in February. Hospital chairman Judith Greensmith asked for assurances over the use of the checklist,
in which case they may wish to show how sorry they are by firing the whole of that theatre team.
If you dont follow X and you know you should, and you can show that if you did do X then Y ( something absolutely terrible ) would not have happened, you are seriously in danger of having your next job as a tesco's check out cashier or shelf stacker....
