I have no idea what the question is here, but if Justin Welby thinks these people are up for rational negotiation he's out of his mind.
he knows they are not, having watched him being interviewed on the news, he said they are aggressive and violent,

at least we know some of the girls are still alive, but have been made to convert from their Christian faith to Islam, pictures of them dressed in the requisite fashion. I would hope that all the girls are found alive, and that the whole rat pack of Boko-Haram is put to the sword,
in an interview with BBC Radio 4's The World This Weekend on Sunday, Welby further warned that the girls are at "colossal risk" while under the charge of the "utterly merciless" Boko Haram, whose name translates as 'Western education is forbidden'.

The Archbishop, who has been involved in past negotiations with violent groups in Nigeria – including a forerunner of Boko Harm – said talks will no doubt prove difficult, but attempts must be made.
