If you take your child with you everywhere it experiences everything you do and that normalises it's behaviour in those situations. It then avoids the scenario that most people use to hate on people with kids 'noisy obnoxius brat in a restaurant' syndrome, which actually occurs when you don't do this.
from my persepctive, when i go to the cinema, i want it empty, just me.
babies are a no -no, there are much better places to take babies/young children she imo was being selfish and suiting herself. I don't know but i would imagine the noise levels wouldn't be good for a babies hearing??
