At one point, about 03:12, it starts to get really interesting. But instead of going in the kill Andrew Neil lets him off the hook. I wonder if Neil would have been as easy on any of the real politicians, as he was with this rather inoffensive but confused chap ?

It's not kind to either tease (too easy!) or obliterate (too cruel!) someone who believes that a party fighting an election on the basis of faith is actually going to get anywhere.
This man is a shining example of the joys of free speech - he proves that not everyone given free speech has anything remotely worth talking about, or listening to.

AOG - "Interesting that you periodically insult UKIP and now Christians but you refrain from insulting the biggest anti Gay religion of all."
I am not aware that I have 'insulted' UKIP at any time, and I am not 'insulting' Christians' here - merely pointing out that this man appears disconnected from reality, as is anyone who believes that any natural phenomena are the actions of 'an angry God'.
I am not a Christian, but I do know that a cornerstone of that faith is the belief in a loving and forgiving God.
As to my 'refraining' from 'insulting' the biggest 'anti-Gay religion of all' - I have taken the Catholic church to task many times on various threads over the years.
