Unfortunately, there is no info in the link as to whom the allegations are made against. Can any 'dahn the Smoke' tell us what is going on?

and still does to that last sentence. The fact remains that TH is not full to brimming with Asians, but everything you see about the place suggests they are the majority, not so. Brick Lane is a buzzing area, with many European restaurants, bars, not just curry houses, as to the t wats calling the area Bangla town, I would skewer anyone who calls it that.
The Bangladeshi's and Pakistanis have been here two minutes in real terms, the Chinese have been in the capital far longer, yet you rarely here about them at all.

// No comments to make about the abnormal if not illegal way this election has been conducted? //

No. These are just allegations at the moment. Nothing is proved. There were similar allegations in 2012 and none were proven.

// Mr Williams defended the process saying new measures had been put in place after about 100 allegations of fraud were made in the borough after the 2012 election for London mayor, but added none of the allegations had been proven.

He added that the Electoral Commission had not raised any issues on polling day and officials from the body had been in the borough all day. //

There was a police presence at most polling stations and no arrests were made so all we have at the moment is heresay by people who have lost.

But the Mayor making his entire cabinet up of Bangladeshi Muslims was entirely fair and democratic though, eh?

In an interview for Today shortly after her departure from office in 1991, Margaret Thatcher said that Powell had "made a valid argument, if in sometimes regrettable terms."

I'd concur with that assessment.
so would i, and i suggest that going on our council, that corruption is not limited to TH.
