UKiP is 21 years old, and yet they do not have any domestic policies. When that dreadful woman on 'Question Time' was asked for something other than leave the EU and keep the foreigners out, she was stuck for an answer.
(Assuming they eventually do publish some domestic policies) the electorate find out that they are just the old Tories, and will drop them like a stone.
I think you are almost certainly right Gromit, but I posted this for some light relief, as even I am getting a tad tired of politics ! ( don't worry, it won't last long and I will be back to my old self soon enough )
Hopefully Gromit. I learned a horrible lesson last week, and it's that the electorate are a whole lot more complacent and gullible than I ever believed people could be. I know that was only the Euro elections and local council elections, but I seriously am worried that some people don't even know really what they're voting for.
Nice to see a Politician who looks smart.....can't stand Politicians who have an open necked shirt, no tie and walk around with coffee in a carton on the way to work...................
and that leaves us with the wonderful Tories or labour running the country and giving all our money away when its needed here, something to look forward too!!
What I like about this link is that the pint and more importantly, the fag are nowhere to be seen.
--------------------
Of course there's no fag, he didn't attend Eton.
I suspect once you have the main neglected issued sorted, one can wing the rest for the remaining term. After all there is a large debating house that could one day be used for a democratic discussion on how we should run the country.
LOL chilli ! Sqad...I agree about the smart aspect, although its normally a pint that you see in Farage's mitt, rather than a latte.
Interesting quote from Alan Sked in the Guardian interview ( I have altered the wording slightly, so as not to give Ed a heart attack )
"He (Farage) wanted ex-National Front candidates to run and I said, 'I'm not sure about that,' and he said, 'There's no need to worry about the n*gger vote. The n*g-n*gs will never vote for us.'"
He denies using these words, but as Mandy Rice Davies said, well, he would wouldn't he !
I recommend that everybody peruses the Guardian interview...it makes for illuminating reading !
