No I do not think it is racist. For it to be would mean that there was intent to ridicule the Ghana team/fans, and that does not appear to be the motive. It could be interpreted as disrespectfu l to the opposing team, but again I do not think that was the intention. If they wore bowler hats if they played England no one would have been offended or thought they were...

I thought the Dutch were going thro the usual soul searching on that one. Santas elves and little helpers are always blacked up in Holland.
A bit like re writing the Nativity Plays to write out the Blood lIbel and anti-jewish bits....

ANOTHEOLDGIT looking at the three pictures you asked about I have no idea about the guy in the first picture but the second shows a fan with his face painted in the flag of Ghana and I doubt the third is from Ghana since he has the Nigerian colours on his face so I don't think they have offended anyone.
