Far be it for me to defend a Tory PM but this could happen to any party, Labour included. Its not the same as the Coulson affair whatsoever.

I don't think Cameron can be "blamed" for these undesirables, any more than Milliband can be justly called a complete A*s*h*l*.

A political debate based on facts would be more interesting than schoolboy name-calling. Sadly many of the electorate prefer the latter.

DB...you are completely out of order here. If you read the post that I made on this subject you will see that I wasn't blaming him in any way for this latest arrest. I made it quite clear that any political party could have someone like this in its midst, and this wasn't a party political issue. And, has been said, dave has not made any comments about this arrest that would give any judge a fit of the vapours, as he did over the Coulson affair.

Those are the facts of this issue.
