But we rely on all the relevant agencies to stop it dead in its tracks, once they are aware of what is going on. This would appear to be yet another case where things were known but nothing was done. Thank God none of the kids were killed, unlike that little Pelka lad. There is a family of Polish people moved in opposite me and their little boy is the double of Daniel Pelka.
